HUBTOWN LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, read with Company's Insider Trading Regulation Code, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2024. Accordingly, all Connected Persons / Designated Persons are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
