Huhtamaki PPL Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 26, 2015 till November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive).
