Huhtamaki PPL Limited - Outcome of Board Meeting

Huhtamaki PPL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 19, 2015, took cognizance of the letter of resignation dated November 04, 2015 of Mr. Shashank Sinha as a Director of the Company. Accordingly, Mr. Sinha has ceased to be a director of the Company w.e.f. November 04, 2015.
