<BR> <BR> Approved appointment of Dr. Arup Basu as Additional Director to hold the position of Managing Director of the Company, w.e.f. 1st November, 2017. and<BR> <BR> Approved the extension of term of office of Mr. A. Venkatrangan as Managing Director from 7th October, 2017 to 31st October, 2017. Thereafter, with effect from 1st November, 2017, Mr. A Venkatrangan would be moving laterally within the Huhtamaki Group in the capacity of Vice President, Global Sourcing and Technology for the Flexible Packaging Segment. <BR> <BR> <BR>
