Finshore Management Services Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Advertisement under Regulation 18(7) in terms of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as amended and Corrigendum with respect to the Open Offer to the shareholders of Hypersoft Technologies Ltd ("Target Company").
