Finshore Management Services Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Post Offer Advertisement to the Equity Shareholders under Regulation 18(12) in terms of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as amended to the eligible public shareholders of Hypersoft Technologies Ltd ("Target Company").
