In terms of the Company''s "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/011201920 dated 2nd April, 2019, the Trading Window for trading / dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2021 until 48 hours from the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 to the public.
