We wish to inform that Company has submitted an application to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for obtaining a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) License under category of Type-II Non-Deposit taking, in accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 45-IA of RBI Act, 1934. Further documentation and instructions from RBI is awaited in this regards. This step aligns with our strategic goals to enhance our business operations.
