ICICI BANK LTD. - Allotment of equity shares

ICICI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has allotted 63,700 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each on September 24, 2015 and 3,300 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each on September 28, 2015 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).
