ICICI Bank has allotted 71,628 equity shares of FV of Rs. 2 each on June 25, 2024 under ESUS-2022. The above allotment has been approved by two Executives Directors today at 10.24 am (being time of the last approval) pursuant to the power delegated by the Board of Directors of the Bank at its Meeting held on October 21, 2023.
