This is further to the disclosure made by ICICI Bank Limited earlier today with regards to the initial public offering (Offer) of our subsidiary, ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (ICICI AMC). We have been further informed by ICICI AMC that the price band for the Offer, as determined in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (as amended) has been fixed today.
