ICICI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the approval of audited accounts for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of ICICI Bank Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from January 09, 2015 to January 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
