ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd - Revised Voting Results Received From The Registrar And Transfer Agent Of The Company In Relation To The Postal Ballot

This is with reference to our letter dated October 31, 2020, pertaining to the submission of voting results in relation to the postal ballot alongwith the report issued by the Scrutiniser and e-mail received from BSE dated November 3, 2020 pertaining to the said voting results.<BR> <BR> We are in receipt of the revised voting results (Revised report), from Kfin Technologies Private Limited, the Registrar and Transfer of the Company, and which is submitted herewith, with the only change confirming that the promoter/ promoter group is not interested in the agenda/resolution.<BR> <BR> Further, consequent to the Revised report as well, the resolution as reported earlier is passed with requisite majority and that there are no other changes to the submission made on October 31, 2020 to the Exchange.
