This is to inform that the Company has allotted 16,796 (Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Six) equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) each on June 18, 2024 under ICICI Securities Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2017 and ICICI Securities Limited - Employees Stock Unit Scheme - 2022.
