ICL Organic Dairy Products Ltd - Compliances-Reg.24(A)-Annual Secretarial Compliance

This is to inform you that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated 09th May, 2019 is not applicable to the company.Further, we would like to clarify that ICL Organic Dairy Products Limited ('Company') is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the Chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 as:-b. The listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange, further to inform you that the Company is listed on SME exchange. In view of the above, relaxation provided to SME listed Companies under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and consequently the company is also exempted to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended on 31.03.2023 to the stock Exchange.
