ICRA LTD. - Board to consider Buy-back of equity shares

With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 04, 2017, regarding intimation of Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, for the purpose of approving the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>ICRA Ltd has now informed BSE that at the said meeting, the Board will also consider a proposal for Buy-back of the equity shares of the Company.
