ICRA Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 01, 2017 to August 02, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 03, 2017.<BR><BR>The dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the 26th Annual General Meeting, will be paid / dividend warrants will be dispatched on August 11, 2017.
