ICRA Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2014, accepted the resignations of Mr. Amal Ganguli (Non-Executive Independent Director) and Dr. Uddesh Kohli (Non-Executive Independent Director) with effect from July 25, 2014 and July 26, 2014 respectively.
