Resignation of Executive Director<br/><br/>The Board took a note of resignation of Executive Director of the company, Dr. Venkata Satya Prasad Tholada, with effect from March 24, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Appointment of New Director<br/><br/>The Board appointed Mr. R. Venkata Rami Reddy Director of the Company with effect from March 24, 2014.
