IDBI BANK LTD. - Renewal Of Agreement Entered Into Between IDBI Bank Limited And Kfin Technologies Limted

This is to inform that the Bank has renewed its agreement with KFin Technologies Limited (KFIN) in respect of extension of validity of previous agreement to act as RTA of the Bank for equity servicing, for a further period of three years, from March 01, 2023 to February 28, 2026. Please take the above on record in terms of Regulation 7(4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
