With reference to the earlier letter dated June 30, 2015 regarding Closure of Trading Window, IDBI Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that in accordance with IDBI Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed upto August 14, 2015 for declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
