IDBI Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services has, vide their Notification dated May 02, 2016, appointed Shri Pankaj Jain, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India as Government Nominee Director on the Board of IDBI Bank Ltd. in terms of Article 116(1)(c) of the Articles of Association in place of Ms. Snehlata Shrivastava w.e.f. May 02, 2016 and until further orders. Shri. Pankaj Jain is not related to any other Director on the Board of the Bank.
