IDEA CELLULAR LTD. - Allotment of equity shares under ESOS - 2006

Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (earlier known as ESOS Compensation Committee) allotted 3,09,084 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,59,68,62,581 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,96,86,25,810.
