IDEA CELLULAR LTD. - Allotment of equity shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013

Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has vide its circular resolution(s) dated December 23, 2015 allotted 340,029 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Companys Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,600,359,606 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,003,596,060/-.
