IDFC First Bank Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

The Duly authorized committee of the Board of the Bank has approved allotment of 6017456 Equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to the eligible employees upon exercise of stock options vested with them under the IDFC FIRST Bank-ESOS.
