IDFC LIMITED - Allotment of shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS)

IDFC Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on September 19, 2014 and allotted 1,28,910 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
