IDFC Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on February 18, 2015 and allotted 9,50,250 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
