IDFC Ltd has informed BSE that on August 07, 2014, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company has granted to its employees 10,00,000 options equivalent to 10,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 149.50 per equity share.
