IDFC LIMITED - Allotment of shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS)

IDFC Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on April 16, 2015 and allotted 2,51,487 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
