IFB Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Companys is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 and other businesses.<BR><BR>Further, in pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from January 16, 2017 to January 30, 2017 (both days inclusive).
