IFB Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 10, 2014, has:<BR><BR>1. Appointed Mr. Ritesh Agarwal as Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Shyamal Bandopadhyay, who has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer with immediate effect.<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mr. Dipak Sen as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
