IFB Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 03, 2014, to induct Mr. Sudam Maitra as Additional Director to hold office upto next AGM. The board will also consider to appoint him as Deputy Managing Director of the Company.
