IFB Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2014, Mr. Sudam Maitra has been inducted as Additional Director of the Company upto next Annual General Meeting. He was also appointed as Deputy Managing Director of the Company.
