The Trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters,KMPs, other Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday 01st October,2024 upto 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2024.
