IIFL Holdings Limited - Board declare Interim Dividend and Special Dividend

IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.25 per equity share which includes a special dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share, to connmemorate a decade of listing;<BR><BR>2. Allotted 56,000 equity shares to the eligible employee(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes. Upon allotment the equity Capital of the Company stand increased to 31,54,82,853 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.;<BR><BR>3. Appointed Mr. Prabodh Agarwal as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
