This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure<BR> Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI-LODR"), the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held<BR> today has inter-alia considered and approved:<BR> <BR> 1) Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half<BR> year ended September 30, 2020. In this regard, we are enclosing the Unaudited financial results<BR> (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors of<BR> the Company as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI- LODR.<BR> <BR> 2) Mr. Venkataraman Rajamani, the Co-Promoter and Managing Director of the Company have been<BR> appointed as the Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
