IIFL Securities Ltd - Clarification W.R.T Intimations Submitted To The Stock Exchanges

Pursuant to Regulation 10 of the SEBI Listing Regulation, BSE and NSE issued circulars on August 01, 2022, and August 02, 2022, respectively, for use of digital signature certificate in respect of announcements submitted by the listed companies. The circulars were effective from September 01, 2022. Subsequently, on September 07, 2022, BSE and NSE issued guidance note, whereby listed companies were directed to re-submit the announcements using the DSC. Considering above, we would like to bring to your kind attention that the Company had submitted announcement on September 06, 2022, pertaining to schedule of analyst/institutional investor meeting under the physical signature of the Company Secretary. In view of the guidance note issued by BSE and NSE, we are hereby re-submitting the aforesaid announcement under the digital signature certificate of the Company Secretary. It may be noted that there are no changes in the information as provided in the aforesaid intimation.
