In Furtherance to our intimations dated July 31, 2024 and September 27, 2024, in relation to the change of name of the Company, we are pleased to inform you that the name of the Company has been change From "IIFL Securities Limited" to "IIFL Capital Services Limited" w.e.f. November 5, 2024, vide a fresh ''Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name'' issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Kindly take the same on record.
