IKF TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - Final Order issued by SEBI

IKF Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that about final Order passed by SEBI, Mumbai dated 20th April, 2015 received on April 21, 2015 vide the Interim Order dated 21st September, 2011 later confirmed through Confirmatory Order dated 30th December, 2011 as per which the Company is directed not to issue equity shares or any other instrument convertible into equity shares or any other security for a period of ten years from the date of the said Order.
