Consideration, approval and taking on record the Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report thereon for the year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To review the operations of the Company and consider the Business Plans for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>3. To appoint an Additional Director of the Company.<BR><BR>4. Re-appointment of Sunil Kumar Goyal as Whole Time Director of the Company.
