IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Diversification / Disinvestment

The Company has informed the exchange about Diversification/Disinvestment of the entire equity shareholding held by the Company in Karyavattom Sports Facilities Limited ("KSFL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company has entered into Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") on February 27, 2024 with unincorporated consortium led by Premier International Convention Centre & Hotel, a partnership firm, to sell and transfer its holding in KSFL.
