Imagicaaworld Entertainment Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Credit Rating

We wish to inform you that at the Company's request and based on the No Objection certificate (NOC) from the assigned lenders of the Company, ICRA vide its letter dated March 20, 2023 has withdrawn its earlier rating assigned to the bank facilities of the Company i.e. Long Term-Term Loan of Rs. 1100 Crores.
