Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2024 have appointed Mr. Prakash Madhavrao Deshmukh as the Whole- Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years.
