IMP POWERS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company''s Code for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) from Thursday, April 1, 2021 till the expiry of forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.
