Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Hon''ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench has vide its order date 20.08.2024, directed the Liquidator to issue the Sale Certificate with respect to sale of the Company in favour of the Successful Bidder. The copy of the aforesaid NCLT Order and the Sale Certificate issued by the Liquidator are attached herewith.
