IMP POWERS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

IMP Powers Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Regulation 3.2.1 of the Model Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading for Listed Companies in Schedule I to the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from August 06, 2014, till the expiry of 24 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the dated of the Meeting i.e. August 13, 2014.
