Incredible Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and as per Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 1st October, 2021 and the same shall remain closed till the forty-eight hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) to the Stock Exchange, for trading by all designated persons, including their immediate relatives.<BR> The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2021 will be communicated in due course of time.<BR> <BR>
