India Cements Capital Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Rupa Gurunath was appointed as additional director of the Company with effect from February 11, 2015, in terms of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013. As such, she ceased to be a director of the Company with effect from September 23, 2015, the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held subsequent to the said appointment.
