India Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, to consider audited accounts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015. The Audit Committee of the Company's Board will review the accounts at a meeting to be held earlier to the Board meeting, on the same day.
