This is to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of our Company will remain closed from 01.04.2020 till 48 hours after declaration of<BR> the financial results for the quarter and year ending 31.03.2020 to the public. All directors, designated and connected persons are advised not to deal in the Company's equity shares during the said period.
